1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates:

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Dubai

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Umm Al Quwain

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah


2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days (within major cities)

  • Remote Areas: May require 2–3 business days

  • Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Delivery Charges

  • Orders AED 350 and above: FREE delivery

  • Orders below AED 350: AED 25 delivery fee

  • Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas.


4. Delivery Partner

We work with trusted local courier partners to ensure timely and secure deliveries. A tracking number will be shared via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt to deliver your package up to two times. If unreachable or undelivered after two attempts, the order may be returned to us and additional re-delivery charges may apply.


6. Delays or Issues

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, external factors such as public holidays, weather disruptions, or high-volume sales periods may cause occasional delays. We’ll do our best to keep you informed in such cases.


7. Incorrect Address or Contact Info

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. EW Beauty Store is not liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact information.
