We accept returns only on unused, unopened, and sealed products within 1 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in original, unopened, and unused condition

It must be returned in its original packaging

You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for a return or refund.

❌ No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any products, under any circumstances. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

📦 How to Request a Return
To request a return:

Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization with instructions if your return is approved.

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

EW Beauty Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees and promotional discounts are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 1 days of delivery at WhatsApp with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the product and packaging

A description of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly with either a replacement or refund.
